STATISTICAL PROCESS ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive SPC activities which include %OOC reduction, Cpk improvement, monitor chart setting quality (Continual improvement) and enhance the Six Sigma Process implemented in the factory
- Drive SPC level tool matching activities and maintain SPC software & SPC reporting.
- Provide statistical consultation such as SPC, DOE/Taguchi, and Regression analysis to engineers to design evaluation to make processes more robust.
- Compile daily, weekly, monthly SPC indices reports & publish to management and operations group.
- Provide technical support to the Manufacturing operations and other support groups within the limits of quality and process controls, procedures and product specifications/ requirement. Analyze, debug, evaluate/ qualify, develop control and implement the established process requirements in order to achieve manufacturing goals, i.e., yield, OTD/ cycle time and quality
- Ensure work progress by monitoring/controlling personnel activities through performance measurement and evaluation, enforcement of discipline, personnel counseling and development.
- Monitor section's performance (in terms of noted discrepancies, turn-around time) and institutes the necessary actions to maintain and upgrade performance.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Graduate of BS Statistics, Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in handling QA / Engineering functions with experience in handling SPC.
- Experience in driving/deploying plant wide SPC program.
- High capability in Basic Statistical tools, especially in QCC Methodology, SPC, Six Sigma, and other statistical techniques
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong communications skills, Independent & resourceful.
- Effective supervisory skills
- Well versed in the use of Microsoft Office applications
QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviews quality inspection daily reports for any quality problems, gathers all relevant data concerning the problem and reports to concerned units for immediate corrective action.
- Attends to problem lots and customer complaints, gathers relevant data and reports to concerned units.
- Reviews and updates quality control specification to ensure they are aligned with process specification.
- Audits the assembly area to ensure that QC controls and SOP's are properly implemented.
- Conducts statistical studies and trends analysis of product performance, materials and methods related to assembly; computes and analyzes process capability issues.
- Issues and maintains control of all inspection, test and calibration and special process tamps.
- Provides information and feedback to customers and concerned company personnel through regular DCC reports.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
- At least 22 years and old and 5 feet 3 inches tall.
- Preferably two (2) years experience in semiconductor/ electronics/ manufacturing settings.
- At least 2-3 years experience in Line Quality Assurance.
- Proficient and knowledgeable in MS office applications.
- Knowledgeable in statistics based improvement activities.
PROCESS ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine process approaches and parameters.
- Initiate and drive process yield/ capability improvements.
- Maintain high quality documentation on all products, processes and procedures.
- Establish process controls for new products and key processes.
- Propose, review, and evaluate processes.
- Analyze and select components and equipment as well as evaluate supplier capabilities.
- Design and conduct independent experiment or tests.
- Perform assembly failure and defect analysis.
- Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations.
- Direct and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications.
- Plan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Statistics or Mathematics.
- At least 3 years in Process Engineering or related field.
- Computer Literate, Lean Six Sigma certified preferred.

BUDGET ANALYST
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs Variance analysis - actual vs. budget, including detailed CAPEX spending analysis.
- Responsible for Departmental Accounting and budget monitoring.
- Prepares the company budget annually.
- Spearheads regular Capital Expenditure Review.
- Computes for the financials required to justify the CAPEX requested.
- Monitors the projects actual vs. committed returns.
- Prepared reports required by management and/or corporate office relating to financial performance.
- Performs asset tagging of fixed assets, accounting for all existing fixed assets of the company.
- Performs reconciliation of physical and booked inventory
- Ensure controls are in place for accurate fixed assets accounting.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Budget Analyst.
- Highly Knowledgeable MS office applications, specially Excel.
- Experience in any accounting systems.
- Initiative and has a sense of urgency.
- Can work well with other departments and communicate effectively
TREASURY SENIOR SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews all cash collections and departmental cash reports for accuracy, reasonableness and proper distribution to ledger accounts.
- Responsible for cash flow planning so that all debt payments and other obligations are paid timely; transfers funds to meet payment obligations.
- Responds to inquiries and complaints pertaining to payments received from customers and resolves problems related to processing of payments.
- Maintains control over check-signing mechanisms, and receives petty cash and revolving fund replenishments.
- Preparation of Weekly Cash flow projections, controlling daily exposure or positioning of the firm's cash. Monitor and manage Payables and past due accounts.
- Submission of loan requirements.
- Debt administration, dealing with foreign exchange and other money market tools.
- Administer the company's bank accounts, analyzing banking fees and interest rates, as well as managing relationship with banks and corporate offices.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant.
- Minimum of six (6) years experience in Finance & Accounting, three (3) years in Asst. Manager or Supervisory capacity.
- Solid working knowledge of International Accounting Standards and & IFRS.
- Highly Knowledgeable MS office applications, specially Excel.
- Experience in any accounting systems.
PPC WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and releasing areas activities.
- Ensures materials undergo Incoming Quality Assurance.
- Monitors and controls production consumption of direct and indirect materials to property alert material & planning in changes in materials to avoid stock out or over supply.
- Generates master layout of warehouse together with the proper documentation.
- Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules and work flow.
- Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.
- Supervises encoders/ operators, and other PPC staff assigned and develops a team that is healthy, systematic, harmonious, progressive and productive.
- Arrange regular meetings with customers/ suppliers to review performance, deliveries, complaints and improvement plans.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 25-35 years old, graduate of an associate or 4 year college course, preferable engineering or business.
- 3-5 years relevant warehouse experience, with 1+ year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledgeable in general warehousing and planning practices, experience with lean methodologies preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and shipping/ packaging documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP.
- Physically fit for frequent climbing of ladders, pulling and lifting of inventory (up to 15-20 kgs). Power pallet jack certification is preferred.
- Must have good analytical and planning skills, and ability to generate reports.
